Attorney Keith Wolfshohl
Keith Wolfshohl, JD, is an experienced real estate attorney who has represented lending institutions of all sizes in disputes arising from mortgage origination and servicing issues and representing investors in foreclosures, evictions, consumer bankruptcies, condemnations, and disposition of REO assets. Keith prides himself in finding reasonable solutions to tricky real estate issues.
Keith was on the front lines during the 2008 mortgage crises, spending long hours each day representing clients in Court. Through his hard work and dedication, he was made managing attorney overseeing the firm’s legal and title departments.
Keith is a Texas A&M University and South Texas College of Law graduate. Having grown up in a rural, agricultural community whose father worked in the oil and gas industry, Keith learned the importance of hard work and dedication. He is keenly aware that real estate is typically the largest single purchase most people will ever make, and Keith works diligently to protect the rights of property owners.
